For this episode, we interview nutritionist and pharmacist, Komal Thakur. Komal discusses the importance of diet and how it can correlate with mental health. She identifies certain foods that are good for the brain and what we should try to stay away from. We also ask Komal on her view regarding diet soda, caffeine and vitamin supplements.
